Currently, I'm a postdoc fellow in The Strategic IntelliGence for Machine Agents (SIGMA) Lab, led by Haifeng Xu at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Chicago, United States.
From November 2021 to October 2024 I was a postdoctoral researcher at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (Poland) in project PRAGMA led by Piotr Faliszewski and funded by European Research Council.
In 2020, I received a PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) in Computer Science from TU Berlin under the supervision of Rolf Niedermeier defending my thesis on Algorithmic aspects of resource allocation and multiwinner voting: theory and experiments. While staying at TU Berlin, I was a memeber of Research Group Algorithmics and Computational Complexity. My research was funded by DFG (Project AFFA).
I obtained both BSc and MSc in Computer Science graduating from the Department of Computer Science at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (Poland). My master's thesis, supervised by Piotr Faliszewski, was presented at AAMAS'16. During my studies I spent one semester at Barcelona School of Informatics, a part of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech.
In my free time I prefer to do outdoor activites, especially related to mountains. Additionally, I like playing guitar and spending time solving different kinds of puzzles. From time to time, I also voluntarily work with youths and children.
